The original ONEBLADE was created to bring the ritual, quality, and closeness of a classic straight-razor shave into an elegant at-home experience. PENSA partnered with ONEBLADE through more than a year of design and invention, shaping every detail to feel luxurious, intuitive, and lasting from the first unboxing onward. Our work focused on balancing precision engineering with ease of use: developing a razor that feels solid and beautifully weighted in the hand, while navigating facial contours with comfort and control. A key innovation was the unique head geometry and suspension system, which delivers safety and performance in one refined package, along with a snap-in blade loading mechanism that removes the awkwardness typically associated with safety razors. To match the ambition of the experience, the product was crafted in 100% German stainless steel using metal injection molding and paired with premium Feather blades from Japan. The result is an heirloom-quality razor that turns everyday shaving into a more elevated ritual.
