Naya Connect, by Dutch startup Naya, is a modular input system targeted at creatives. The idea is to provide CAD jockeys, video editors, sound producers etc. with an easy way to configure the inputs they need for their preferred workflow.

The heart of the system is the 75%-size keyboard, which features mechanical keys.
Users can opt to add a 24-key Multipad, which can be mapped to keyboard shortcuts or macros.
There's also an additional 6-key strip, if 24 shortcuts were not enough (or too much).
Rounding it out is this Naya Dock.
The Dock accepts one of four input devices:

Track, a trackball…

…Touch, a touchpad…
…Tune, a haptic rotary dial with variable resistance and a touch surface across it…
…and for the CAD jockeys, Float, a spatial controller with a dial at the base.
These modules can all be attached to each other, magnetically.

Pleasingly for lefties, you can choose which side to attach things to.
The project has been successfully Kickstarted with $470,000 in pledges at press time, with 14 days left to pledge.
