This Nenou Collection of seating is by Zurich-based industrial designer Jörg Boner.

"No evident functions are assigned to the individual pieces," Boner writes. "Any single piece of seating furniture can simultaneously be used as a pouf, table, shelf, seating island, couch or bench."
What I'm really digging is the way Boner chose to integrate a tabletop. Seating is soft, and tabletops are hard. The transition between the two is typically a hard intermediary, like a supporting frame. Instead, Boner simply shaped the underside of the marble tables to correspond with the upholstery, to register the piece. The stability comes from the sheer weight of the marble.

The Nenou Collection is in production by German manufacturer COR.
