Don't know about the structural integrity of the cycling/motorcycle designs, but the safety/bump hat ones are neat and more likely to be sufficient for their use cases.
I would be interested in seeing the testing results for these designs (if any). most look like they would fold up on impact and one looks like a advertisement for soft serve ice cream.
